How to Sound Like Band-Maid

Band-Maid’s sound is characterized by its aggressive, yet melodic guitar riffs and thunderous rhythm section, delivering a sonic punch that is both raw and polished. The guitars, often wielded by Kanami Tono, utilize a combination of PRS Custom 22 and AddicTone Modern series RH models, providing a crisp yet powerful tone, often enhanced by effects like the DigiTech Drop for dynamic tuning shifts. The bass lines, courtesy of MISA, are driven and resonant, frequently employing Fender Jazz Bass and Orange Amplifiers AD 200 Bass Mk 3 for a solid low-end foundation. Drums, helmed by Akane Hirose, add to the mix with a precise yet explosive style, ensuring every track is both rhythmically engaging and sonically rich. This combination of technical skill and high-energy performance makes Band-Maid’s sound both captivating and formidable.
