Formed in Hanover in 1984, the group features Javier Revilla (vocals), Torsten Engelke (keyboards, programming), Stefen Engelke (bass), and Chris Demere (synthesizers, guitar, programming). Known for their catchy melodies and energetic synth-driven sound, Cetu Javu drew comparisons to iconic bands like Depeche Mode and gained popularity with hits like "Situations" and "Have in Mind." Their discography includes two full-length albums, Southern Lands (1990) and Where Is Where (1992).
