Ali Modular is a Washington, DC-based Eurorack module manufacturer founded by Jamar Ali (who also performs as Ali The Architect) and software engineer Chris Roberts. Jamar handles hardware design and DSP, while Chris contributes decades of software engineering experience, including prior work in music technology at Digidesign/Avid and Apple. The partnership was formed in early 2024 to combine Jamar's self-taught circuit and firmware work with Chris's software development background.

The company's debut product is Esu's Trifecta, a 16HP stereo multi-effects module that runs three serial effects per preset drawn from a library of 30+ algorithms spanning EQs, filters, distortion, bit crushing, modulation, reverbs, delays, pitch, granular, and emulation effects. The module offers eight CV inputs, clock sync for time-based effects, preset storage, a dedicated duck input for sidechain-style gating, and an envelope follower. It takes its name from Èṣù, the Yoruba orisha of the crossroads, reflecting the brand's design ethos of balancing unpredictable sonic exploration with intuitive control.
