Ben Wasser Guitarworks is a custom electric guitar workshop based in Jerusalem, Israel, founded by luthier Benjamin Wasservogel. Born in Paris and raised in the south of France, Wasservogel left a legal career and a stint in the internet industry before relocating to Israel and studying luthiery in Tel Aviv under Jacob Algrenati starting in 2010. After four years of training he launched the La Grange Guitars brand, and later established the Ben Wasser Guitarworks name to reflect a new direction in his building.

The workshop produces hand-built electric guitars in small numbers, with the Shaft serving as the flagship model. Each instrument is made to order and shipped worldwide, with an emphasis on individualized construction rather than production runs. Israeli blues guitarist Lazer Lloyd has been featured demonstrating the Shaft model in videos associated with the brand.
