Black Smoker is a Japanese high-end electric guitar and bass brand produced by Black Cloud Guitar Products, based in Hotaka, Azumino City, in the Nagano Prefecture. The brand was launched in 2016 and is led by builders Shinichi Kuroiwa and Shun Yanagisawa, who handle design and construction at the Nagano workshop.

The lineup is organized into several series aimed at working players. The TRAD MASTER series covers their aged, vintage-inspired J-style and P-style basses (BETA-J5, BETA-P5) and offset-style guitars (SIGMA, DELTA), typically offered in Light, Medium, and Heavy Aged finishes. The SIGMA line spans HSH, SSH, SSS, and Jazzmaster-style variants, while the DELTA series focuses on S-type bodies. The FUTURA series represents their more modern-contoured guitars, often featuring flame maple tops and HH pickup configurations.

Black Smoker instruments are known for combining vintage aesthetics and relic'd finishes with modern playability and on-stage durability, and they have developed a following among Japanese session and touring players. The guitars are distributed domestically through retailers such as Kurosawa Gakki and Digimart, and reach international buyers primarily via Reverb.
