Bose Professional is the pro audio division of Bose Corporation, the Massachusetts-based loudspeaker and audio company founded by Amar Bose in 1964. The professional arm was established in 1972 to design and install public address systems, and has since grown into a standalone business focused on commercial and live-sound markets, serving AV integrators, system designers, and installers across corporate, hospitality, retail, education, worship, and live performance venues.

The catalog spans installed loudspeakers (ceiling, surface, and pendant models), power amplifiers and mixer-amps, digital signal processors, and engineered-sound packages for fixed venues. For musicians and mobile performers, the portable PA line is anchored by the L1 Pro family — the L1 Pro8, L1 Pro16, and L1 Pro32 stick-style line arrays with integrated subwoofers, built-in multi-channel mixers, Bluetooth streaming, and Bose's ToneMatch presets for vocal and instrument sources. The company also produces videobars and conferencing hardware for corporate meeting spaces.

Bose Professional is known in the live-performance community primarily through the L1 line-array systems, which popularized the single-tower PA format aimed at solo performers, duos, and small bands playing cafes, restaurants, and small-to-medium venues. The division operates separately from the consumer-focused Bose headphone and home audio brand, and its products are sold through a network of pro AV dealers and musical instrument retailers rather than direct-to-consumer channels.
