Carondelet Guitar and Bass Pickups is a small-batch pickup winding operation based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, founded in 2020 as an offshoot of The Fret Shack, a local guitar and bass repair and restoration workshop. Owner Jeff Richard, a graduate of the Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery and the Galloup School of Guitar Building and Repair, hand-winds the majority of the pickups himself.

The lineup spans more than three dozen designs, including Strat- and Tele-style single coils, humbuckers, dog-ear and soapbar P-90s, and P-bass and J-bass pickups. The OTB Ultimates vintage-style humbuckers are pitched as a recreation of late-1950s Gibson "Patent Applied For" humbuckers, and the Custom Shop builds personalized one-offs in direct collaboration with the customer.

Though niche, Carondelet has built a clientele that includes touring and studio players associated with acts like Aerosmith, Kiss, Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, Corrosion of Conformity, Down, Crowbar, Acid Bath, Candlebox, and Everclear.
