Codex Samples is the sample-pack arm of Codex Recordings, a techno label founded in 2015 by Ukrainian DJ and producer Spartaque (Vitalii Babii) and now operated out of Barcelona under the IAMT Music Group umbrella. The imprint releases royalty-free sample packs, MIDI files, one-shots, and synth presets aimed at electronic music producers, with content distributed primarily through Loopmasters.

The catalog leans heavily on the label's core sound of techno but extends into melodic techno, progressive house, and tech house. Releases include a numbered series of Codex Samples volumes — for example Codex Techno Samples Vol. 1, the German duo Gizmo & Mac–produced Codex Vol. 5, and Codex Samples Vol. 6 – Melodic Techno — each typically built around drum hits, loops, basslines, and synth presets pulled from the production palette of artists already releasing on the parent label.
