Composite Acoustics is an American acoustic guitar maker specializing in instruments built entirely from carbon fiber. Founded in 1999 in Louisiana, the company was acquired by Peavey Electronics in 2010, with production subsequently consolidated at Peavey's facility in Meridian, Mississippi. The guitars combine one-piece molded carbon fiber bodies and necks with hand-finishing and CNC-machined components, a construction approach intended to eliminate the climate sensitivity of wood — the instruments are resistant to humidity, heat, and temperature swings, and the necks are designed to stay stable without truss rod adjustment.

The lineup centers on a handful of recognizable models including the Cargo (a compact travel-sized acoustic-electric), the OX and GX dreadnought-style bodies, the X Performer, and the Legacy. Many models are available with woven carbon fiber soundboards in natural "raw" finishes as well as painted and burst options such as the GX Carbon Burst. Most are offered in both pure acoustic and acoustic-electric configurations with onboard electronics for stage use.

The brand is most commonly associated with touring and travel applications where exposure to changing environments makes traditional wood instruments risky, and it is frequently compared with other carbon fiber builders such as RainSong, Emerald, and KLOS. Country and rock artist Brantley Gilbert is among the artists publicly linked to the brand, having been featured with a signature GX Carbon Burst.
