Conductive Labs is an electronic music instrument company based in Beaverton, Oregon, founded by engineers Steve Barile and Darryl McGee. Barile, who spent 25 years at Intel before launching the company with McGee, leads hardware development with a background in circuit design, embedded programming, and industrial design. The company built its reputation around compact, MIDI-centric studio tools designed to expand what a small hardware setup can do.

The company's first product was the NDLR (pronounced "Noodler"), a four-part polyphonic MIDI sequencer, arpeggiator, chord and drone player aimed at musicians who want to drive multiple synths in real time without traditional keyboard skills. It pairs a PAD chord engine, two Motif arpeggiators, and a Drone voice with a Pattern Editor, Euclidean rhythm tools, and an 8-slot mod matrix. Conductive Labs followed it with the MRCC (MIDI Router Control Center) and the smaller MRCC XpandR 4×1, hardware MIDI routers and USB MIDI interfaces designed to act as the central hub of a hybrid hardware/software studio.

The company's flagship is the Terrain Synth, a desktop hardware synthesizer built around terrain synthesis, a wavetable-style technique that traverses a 3D landscape to generate timbres. The four-part multi-timbral instrument supports up to 32 voices of polyphony, and is outfitted with a seven-inch screen, infinite encoders, a jog wheel, five-pin DIN MIDI, USB host and device ports, six CV/gate outputs, expression-pedal jacks, and balanced stereo outs.

Conductive Labs has 4 products cataloged on Equipboard, including MIDI Interfaces and Production & Groove.
