Creston Electric Instruments is a small custom guitar shop based in Burlington, Vermont, founded by luthier Creston Lea in 2004 after several years spent repairing and building instruments locally. The shop produces vintage-style solid body and chambered electric guitars, basses, and occasional electric mandolins, mostly modeled on post-war Fender designs and built to order in collaboration with the player.

Creston instruments are known for unconventional body woods such as sugar pine, butternut, and cypress alongside more traditional ash, alder, and mahogany, and many feature hand-painted finishes by artist Sarah Ryan. Top-loader bridges, chambered bodies, and one-off graphic treatments are recurring hallmarks of the build style. Output is intentionally limited to roughly 60 instruments a year, giving the brand a cult following among working players rather than a mass-market presence.
