Danley Sound Labs is a professional loudspeaker manufacturer based in Gainesville, Georgia, founded in 2005 by audio engineer Tom Danley and entrepreneur Mike Hedden. Tom Danley, who first gained recognition in the 1980s for his servomotor-driven subwoofer designs used in concert tours and theme parks, holds nearly 20 patents in acoustics and is best known as the inventor of the Synergy Horn — a point-source design that places multiple drivers of varying bandwidths inside a single horn so they behave as a coherent full-range source.

The company designs and builds full-range loudspeakers, column arrays, stage and studio monitors, outdoor speakers, and subwoofers, with product families including the SH (Synergy Horn) series, the large-format Jericho Horn line, the BC and TH (Tapped Horn) subwoofer series, the OS outdoor range, the SBH and SM lines, and the AXS, Genesis, and Signature series. Its 2007 Matterhorn subwoofer was marketed as the world's largest, and supporting technologies include the patented Shaded Amplitude Lens, the Paraline lens, the Wireless Link System (WLS), and Prism 3D acoustical prediction software.

Danley systems are most commonly specified for large-format installed sound rather than backline use, with deployments at venues such as Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Sanford Stadium at the University of Georgia, BYU's Lavelle Edwards Stadium, the Shedd Aquarium, and a wide range of houses of worship, theme parks, and performing-arts spaces. In 2019 Tom Danley received the Adele De Berri Pioneers of AV Award from AVIXA in recognition of his contributions to the professional audio industry.
