Danville Signal Processing is a Cannon Falls, Minnesota–based audio company founded in 1998 by engineer Al Clark, whose background spans both analog circuit design and digital signal processing. The company combines DSP with analog techniques to build high-performance audio products, and a large portion of its work is semi-custom ODM and OEM solutions that end up inside studio monitors, high-end consumer loudspeakers, headphone DACs, and large-format loudspeaker arrays from other brands. All hardware is built in Danville's own automated electronics factory in Cannon Falls.

Its consumer-facing line centers on the dspNexus family of DSP audio processors, including the dspNexus 2/8, a stereo-input, eight-output unit aimed at active crossovers, subwoofer integration, and room correction. The dspNexus offers balanced inputs and outputs, USB, S/PDIF, and Bluetooth aptX HD, with processing handled by an Analog Devices SHARC floating-point DSP and programming via the Audio Weaver environment. Other products include the dspMusik 2/8 multichannel DAC and a range of board-level DSP modules for embedded and OEM use.

Danville is recognized as a SHARC DSP specialist and is listed as a partner by Analog Devices. Beyond hardware, the company publishes educational material on DSP and loudspeaker design through its blog and YouTube series such as The Blackboard Sessions and Audio Weaver Sessions.

Danville Signal has 3 products cataloged on Equipboard, including Studio Monitor Management.
