DiGiGrid is a UK-based audio hardware company formed as a collaboration between plugin developer Waves Audio and live mixing console manufacturer DiGiCo. The partnership began in 2009 around Waves' SoundGrid audio networking and DSP technology, and DiGiGrid launched as an independent business in 2013, expanding into desktop interfaces in 2016. The company is headquartered in Chessington, Surrey.

DiGiGrid designs network audio interfaces and DSP servers built around the SoundGrid Ethernet-based protocol, which lets engineers run Waves plugins with low latency on dedicated server hardware rather than the host CPU. Its desktop range includes the compact D, M, Q and S interfaces aimed at project studios, while the IOS-XL and DGS-XL combine multi-channel I/O with built-in Intel-based SoundGrid servers for native DAW users. For live and broadcast environments, the MGB, MGO and MGR MADI interfaces bridge SoundGrid networks with MADI-equipped consoles.

The brand is known for tightly integrating with Waves' SuperRack, SoundGrid Studio and LV1 software, and is positioned primarily at engineers running plugin-heavy sessions in studios, post-production rooms, and front-of-house live rigs.
