Effector 13 is an effects pedal brand founded in 2003 by Devi Ever, originally operating out of Austin, Texas, and later Portland, Oregon. The company gained a following in the underground guitar pedal community for experimental, hand-built fuzz, distortion, and noise circuits, often housed in compact MXR-style enclosures with unconventional controls and chaotic, unpredictable behavior.

Notable pedals released under the Effector 13 name include the Soda Meiser, a fuzz that pairs a smooth "Vintage Fuzz Maker" voice with a "No Fi" chaos mode; the Synth Mangler, which combines two Soda Meiser circuits with a joystick for tonal morphing and per-channel hiss/chaos switches; the Truly Beautiful Disaster (TBD), a compact fuzz/octave pedal with a photo-sensitive feedback loop that reacts to ambient light; the Torn's Peaker; the Rocket, which packages the Soda Meiser and Vintage Fuzz Master circuits in a single enclosure; the Krackle Fuzz; and the PEEP, a light-sensitive expression pedal. The pedals were hand-built in small batches in the United States.

In 2008, the Effector 13 name along with several of its most popular designs were licensed to Ooh La La Manufacturing, while Devi Ever continued designing and selling pedals under the Devi Ever: FX banner. Effector 13 pedals remain sought-after on the secondhand market for their raw, lo-fi, and gated fuzz tones.
