Eisenberg Audio is a Berlin-based music software company founded in 2009 by Gunnar Eisenberg, Jennifer Eisenberg, and a small team of friends and developers. Gunnar Eisenberg holds a PhD in Music Information Retrieval and Pattern Recognition, and he and co-developer Dennis both previously worked at Native Instruments as DSP engineers. The company's research roots trace back to the Technical University of Berlin, and their tagline — "We do the math, you do the music" — reflects a philosophy of hiding technical complexity behind musically intuitive interfaces.

Eisenberg Audio's flagship product, EINKLANG, uses what the company calls Artificial Intelligence Studio Technology (AIST) to resynthesize sounds from instrument models, offering a novel approach to sound design where tonal character responds dynamically to pitch and velocity rather than relying on static samples or conventional subtractive synthesis. Their other major release, VIER, emulates four simultaneous instances of the Doepfer MS-404, a cult-classic German monophonic analog bass synthesizer from the 1990s, with features like parameter linking, cross-modulation between voices, anti-aliased oscillators, and zero-delay feedback filters.
