GoldWave Inc. is a small privately owned Canadian software company based near St. John's, Newfoundland. Founded by Chris Craig, who released version 1.0 of the GoldWave digital audio editor in April 1993, the company has spent more than three decades developing audio editing tools aimed at musicians, broadcasters, podcasters, and audio professionals.
