Grip Studios is a Detroit-based design and production shop that has been making artistic guitar wall hangers and instrument mounts in the USA since 2007. Operating under the GuitarGrip brand name, the company is best known for its sculpted, hand-shaped wall hangers — molded after a human hand to cradle the neck of a guitar — combining display hardware with decorative art.

The lineup includes the classic Custom Guitar Grip in finishes like silver, black, gold, copper, and a Black Pearl edition, along with a Ladies series shaped like female hands, themed novelty grips (skeleton, zombie, mummy), tree-branch style mounts, and the Illuminati LED-illuminated hangers. Each mount features an adjustable rotating bracket and cushioned padding to fit a range of stringed instruments. Grip Studios has also produced an officially licensed Jerry Garcia Collection in collaboration with the Garcia Family.
