Grossman is a historic American music wholesaler and manufacturer founded in 1922 in Cleveland, Ohio by brothers Henry and Julius Grossman as Grossman Brothers Music Company. Originally a distributor of musical instruments, accessories, and sheet music, the company grew into one of the largest wholesalers in the United States, eventually operating out of a 110,000-square-foot facility on West Ninth Street in Cleveland.

Grossman expanded into manufacturing and acquired several notable brands, including Trophy Plastics (1949), A.D. Grover & Son (1952), and Rogers Drums (1955). Its first in-house product, the Flutophone — a one-octave plastic instrument designed for children's music education — sold tens of millions of units. Under the Grossman name, the company also distributed and badged guitars, basses, and various accessories sourced from third-party manufacturers, with vintage Grossman-branded electric guitars and basses still circulating on the secondhand market.

The Grossman name is no longer used publicly as an active brand. The legacy operations and acquired brands — including Grover tuning machines, Trophy educational instruments, and Clevelander mallets — are now operated under the Grover/Trophy Music Group umbrella by descendants of the Berger family, who joined the original Grossman business early in its history.
