Herco is a guitar pick brand founded in 1940 by brothers Jerry and Eddie Hershman of the Hershman Musical Company in New York. Originally launched to compete with established pick maker D'Andrea, the brand made its mark in 1966 when it pivoted from celluloid to nylon, introducing the thin-gauge gold HE210 ("Bold Gold") and the heavier HE211 ("Hi-Yo Silver"). The pick rights were sold to Jim Dunlop Manufacturing in the early 1990s, which continues to produce the line.

The brand is best known for the Flex 75, a 1.01mm nylon flatpick with a slip-proof raised logo grip, often nicknamed the "Holy Grail" by enthusiasts for its warm tone and flexible feel. Dunlop also reissues the classic 1960s formula as the Vintage '66 Series. Herco's nylon picks gained a devoted following among rock guitarists in the late 1960s and 1970s, and Jimmy Page notably cited the Flex 75 as his pick of choice in a 1977 interview with Steven Rosen.
