KMA Audio Machines is a Berlin-based effects pedal company founded by Enrico Preuß in 2013. The name comes from Karl-Marx-Allee, the street where Preuß started out hand-building circuits in his apartment. The company has since grown into a workshop operation along the River Spree where pedals are designed, assembled, UV-printed, tested and numbered by hand, using custom PCBs produced in Berlin alongside components like Alpha potentiometers, WIMA capacitors, Neutrik jacks and Hammond die-cast enclosures.

The brand is best known for its distortion and fuzz designs, beginning with the Fuzzly Bear that launched the company and continuing through the Wurm and Wurm 2 high-gain distortions, the Guardian of the Wurm tone-shaping companion, the Chief Disruptor fuzz, and the Logan overdrive. KMA's catalog also extends into modulation and time-based effects, including the Horizont and Astrospurt phasers, the Cirrus delay/reverb, the Geminus doubler, the Queequeg 2 and Moai Maea octave pedals, and the Endgame stereo processor. A Utility Series rounds out the lineup with ABY switches, active boosters and a dual loop switcher.

KMA's aesthetic pairs detailed graphic-design treatments on each enclosure with circuits that often blend vintage references and modern features such as stereo I/O, expression control and tap-tempo. The pedals are distributed internationally through Audio Distribution Group and stocked by retailers including Chicago Music Exchange, Andertons and Reverb.

KMA Audio Machines has 4 products cataloged on Equipboard, including Switch Effects Pedals, Fuzz Effects Pedals, and Boost Effects Pedals.
