The brand became widely known for its boomboxes, particularly oversized models produced in the mid-1980s through the mid-1990s — manufactured by Yung Fu Electrical Appliances of Tainan City, Taiwan — that became cultural touchstones of the era's street and hip-hop scenes thanks to their bold graphics, heavy bass output, and imposing size.

The TRC-931, released in 1985, is the brand's most celebrated boombox and is frequently cited among collectors as a "Holy Grail" model.
