Luftrum is a sound design studio based in Denmark, founded in 2008 by Søren (often credited simply as Luftrum). The studio specializes in synthesizer preset libraries, Kontakt instruments, and field recordings, with numbered soundset releases spanning popular soft synths including Spectrasonics Omnisphere, u-he Diva, u-he Repro, u-he Hive, Xfer Serum, Arturia Pigments, Synapse Audio Dune 3, KV331 SynthMaster, Kilohearts Phase Plant, and LennarDigital Sylenth1.

The catalog leans toward cinematic, ambient, and electronic textures — pads, evolving atmospheres, arpeggios, and leads — alongside more retro-flavored sets like the 80s-inspired Luftrum 21 for Sylenth1 and dub techno collections. Luftrum has also collaborated with other sound designers such as Arksun, The Unfinished, Martin Stürtzer, and State Azure on individual releases. Beyond its own shop, the brand has produced sound content for companies including Apple, Steinberg, ROLI, and u-he.

Luftrum's work also extends into field recording, with a separate library of environmental and ambient recordings that have been featured in television and film soundtracks. The studio sells direct through luftrum.com and through third-party marketplaces such as ADSR and ThePatchbay.

Luftrum has 4 products cataloged on Equipboard, including Soft Synth Presets and Kontakt Instrument.
