Marceau Guitars is a custom guitar and bass workshop founded by French luthier Tom Marceau, based in Betton, just north of Rennes in Brittany, France. Tom began building guitars as a teenager, and the shop took shape after blues musician Lucky Peterson tested one of his instruments and commissioned a signature model, prompting Tom to open a dedicated atelier and grow the operation into a small team of builders.

The shop produces handmade electric guitars, basses, and its own pickups, with an emphasis on traditional silhouettes updated with modern construction techniques. Its core line includes the Experience, a versatile double-cut model inspired by the Stratocaster, along with the Elegante series and variants such as the Experience HSS. Marceau also offers fully bespoke custom builds as well as artist signature instruments.
