MI Audio, also known as MI Effects, is an Australian boutique manufacturer of guitar effects pedals and valve amplifiers founded by Michael Ibrahim in 2002. Based in Sydney's Inner West, the company grew out of Ibrahim's work on the Tube Zone Overdrive pedal, which he first began building in 1995. The "MI" in the name comes from Ibrahim's initials. The company designs and builds all of its products from its Sydney workshop, which houses assembly, machining, prototyping, and R&D divisions.

MI Audio is best known for its overdrive and distortion pedals, particularly the Crunch Box and Super Crunch Box, which have earned a strong reputation among guitarists for their amp-like, touch-sensitive response. Other notable pedals in the lineup include the Super Blues Pro overdrive, the Cross Over Drive, the Megalith Delta high-gain distortion, the Lo-Fi Delay, the Pollyanna Octave Synth Fuzz, and the Boost'N'Buff. Beyond pedals, the company also produces valve amplifiers, including the Megalith Beta 160W, Megalith Gamma 80W, and Iron Duke 50W heads.

Despite relatively limited global distribution, MI Audio has built a dedicated following in the boutique pedal community. Andy Martin of That Pedal Show is among the notable guitarists who have championed the brand's pedals.
