Nick Crow Lab is a small freeware plugin project run by Russian developer Nikolay Voronin. The lab distributes a focused set of guitar-oriented tube amp emulations and tone-shaping plugins, all offered as VST and Audio Unit plugins for Windows and macOS at no cost.

The project is best known for its high-gain amp simulations aimed at metal guitar tones, particularly the 8505 Lead and 7170 Lead, which model the lead channels of Peavey 6505/5150-style amplifiers. Both plugins provide pre-amp and power-amp gain controls along with a multi-band tone stack and rely on an external cabinet impulse response loader to complete the signal chain. The lineup also includes TubeDriver, a tube saturation and overdrive plugin with pre-EQ filtering and bias control, and Wagner Sharp, an emulation of the Sharp channel from a Bogner Triple Giant.

Distributed through a Google Sites page and a long-running Blogspot site, the plugins have built a reputation in bedroom-recording and home metal-production circles for delivering convincing high-gain tones from a single developer's freeware project. The author handles support and contact directly via email and Telegram rather than through a larger company presence.
