The company was founded in 2018 by industrial designers Ashley May and David Evans, who set out to move beyond traditional box-shaped speaker cabinets in favor of designs that integrate acoustic engineering with sculptural form. All products are designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom.

The brand is best known for its HYLIXA loudspeakers, a flagship floor-standing design built around a helical transmission line and produced using advanced 3D-printing techniques.
