Noise Design is an artist-driven studio specializing in sample pack production, sync licensing, audio branding, and sound design. The studio is run by composers Stefan and Christine Westphal, who are also known as the drum and bass duo Rawtekk and the project A Kind of Wonderful. The pair describe their work as "sonic architects building landscapes through sound," with an aesthetic that emphasizes texture, atmosphere, and processed organic material.

The label's catalog spans electronic and experimental genres including IDM, drum and bass, downtempo, synthwave, minimal techno, and lo-fi hip hop. Notable releases include the multi-volume Rawtekk IDM Work and Rawtekk DnB Work series, the Raw Acoustic downtempo and D&B/IDM packs, the Souvenirs lo-fi and retro soundtrack construction kits, and The Thing, an 80s-style mystical synthwave soundtrack pack. Most packs ship as loops, one-shots, and MIDI files.

Noise Design distributes its sample packs through its own Gumroad storefront as well as third-party libraries including Loopmasters, Producer Loops, Steinberg, and Wavetick.
