Nothing is a London-based consumer electronics company founded in 2020 by Carl Pei, co-founder of OnePlus, together with Akis Evangelidis and a small group of former OnePlus and industry colleagues. The company made its debut in 2021 with the Ear (1), a pair of true wireless earbuds whose semi-transparent housings established the see-through, dot-matrix design language that has defined the brand ever since. While Nothing is equally known for its Phone series of smartphones, its audio lineup has grown into a full range that includes the Ear (2), Ear (3), Ear (a), the budget Ear (stick), and the open-fit Ear (open).
