Roy Novatron is a vintage West German amplifier line built in the early 1970s in Augsburg, Germany. It was produced by the Roy brothers, who later went on to found the better-known Kitty Hawk amplifier company after importing and distributing boutique American amps such as Dumble and Mesa Boogie in the Ruhr area at the end of the 1970s.

The Novatron line focused on valve (tube) guitar and bass amplification. Documented models include the NB300, a 100-watt EL34-based bass amplifier head, along with matching speaker cabinets such as the NUB200 2x12. Units from this period surface occasionally on the used market via Reverb and European vintage-amp dealers.

Today Roy Novatron is regarded as a collector's item primarily of interest to fans of 1970s European tube amp builders and those tracing the lineage of the later Kitty Hawk amps, which shared the same builders and a circuit philosophy influenced by Dumble-style overdrive designs.

Novatron Roy has 1 product cataloged on Equipboard, including Bass Combo Amplifiers.
