Padalka Guitars is a custom boutique electric guitar and bass workshop founded in 2011 by Simon Padalka, an architect-turned-luthier. The shop began in Krasnodar, Russia and later relocated to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, where it produces a small annual run of instruments built one at a time. Padalka's design language draws on his architectural background, emphasizing sculptural bodies, refined ergonomics, and structural engineering alongside conventional tonewood selection.

The lineup includes the Supreme, Baryon, Axion, and Parallax electric guitars (offered in 6- to 8-string configurations) and the Ennea and headless Ennea-H basses (4- to 6-string). Padalka has also collaborated with Dingwall on co-designed bass models as part of a Master Series project. Beyond instruments, the workshop runs a Community Build program and a Design Lab educational initiative, both centered on participatory and instructional approaches to instrument design.

Players associated with the brand include Tim Millar and Luke Hoskin of Protest the Hero, along with Oleg Izotov, members of Xerosun, and David Price.
