Panucci Custom Guitars is a small-batch electric guitar workshop founded by Dutch luthier Angelo van Merrienboer, based out of The Guitar Lounge on Obrechtstraat in The Hague, Netherlands. Van Merrienboer opened the shop in 2009 and began building instruments under the Panucci name shortly after, hand-assembling guitars with lightweight American tonewoods, vintage-style nitrocellulose finishes, and hand-wound pickups.

The catalog is organized into three lines: the Tribute Series, which leans on premium materials and traditional spec; the Inspired Series, focused on T-style and S-style instruments as well as '50s- and '59-style Les Paul-inspired single-cuts; and the Original Series, which revives designs van Merrienboer first developed in the late 1990s. Every Panucci is aged or relic'd to some degree — van Merrienboer has stated that aging is his trademark and that he doesn't build shiny guitars.

Panucci guitars have appeared on stages and in studios across Europe, notably in the hands of players from Dutch acts such as De Staat, Chef'Special, and Milkbar. The workshop operates as a one-man build shop, with instruments sold direct and through a small network of European dealers rather than through mass distribution.
