Pratley is an Australian musical instrument manufacturer based on the Gold Coast, founded by luthier and industrial designer Martin Pratley. The company officially launched in 2004, growing out of Martin's earlier work building custom stomp boxes and guitars, and Pratley is credited as one of the originators of the modern stomp box percussion instrument.

The brand's catalog spans acoustic guitars (including the SL, Entertainers, Classic, Premier, Artist, and Studio series), electric guitars (such as the Revolution, AP, Indigo, SH90, and RBJ models), cajons featuring an on/off snare mechanism, and the P-LINK pickup ring.
