Rampone & Cazzani is a handmade saxophone manufacturer based in Quarna Sotto, in the Italian Piedmont region. The company traces its lineage to Agostino Rampone, who began making instruments in Quarna around 1875, and took its present name in 1910 following the marriage of Egidio Rampone and Giuseppina Cazzani, daughter of Milanese watchmaker and instrument maker Giovanbattista Cazzani. The firm was one of the most prolific Italian saxophone builders through the 1950s, '60s, and early '70s, exporting widely and producing stencil horns sold under other brand names. Today the workshop is run by the Zolla family, direct descendants of the Rampone line.

The company is known for fully handmade horns built in small numbers, with a wide-bore design and a tonal character often described as warm and centered. Their lineup includes the R1 Jazz series, the Performance Series alto and tenor, and a range of sopranos that includes both traditional straight models and a Saxello-style curved-bell variant — the soprano family in particular has a strong reputation among players seeking an alternative to the dominant French and American makers.
