Redtail Guitars is a small, custom electric guitar shop run by luthier Greg Martin out of Colorado. The brand traces back to a one-off all-walnut build named "Brownie" that Martin made for his son Andy in 1992, using a 95-year-old walnut burl slab he had kept since 1973. Martin works in small runs with hand-shaped bodies rather than fixed production models.
