Risson Amplifiers is a guitar amplifier maker based in Orange County, California, founded by Bob Rissi in the early 1970s. Before starting the company, Rissi worked on Fender amplifier designs from 1961 to 1967 alongside Leo Fender, and from 1967 to 1970 served as Director of Amplifiers at Rickenbacker, where he designed the Transonic line. The original Risson company produced both solid-state and tube amplifiers through the mid-1980s, when Rissi stepped away to focus on a computer venture.

The brand was revived around 2004 with a focus on small-batch, hand-built tube amplifiers.
