Samples From Mars is a Brooklyn, NYC-based sample label founded in 2013 by producer and engineer Teddy Stuart. The label specializes in capturing vintage and rare hardware — drum machines, synthesizers, samplers and acoustic sources — by recording them through high-end consoles, tape machines and outboard gear, then mapping the results into ready-to-use instruments for modern DAWs and software samplers.

The catalog spans dozens of "From Mars" packs covering classic drum machines such as the Roland TR-808, TR-909, and the Akai MPC60, alongside synthesizer collections built around instruments like the Yamaha DX100 and various Juno, Emulator and Wasp units. The label also produces vinyl-sourced material, including the Vinyl Breaks From Mars project, which presses original drum performances to lacquer before sampling them back. A bundle release titled All The Samples From Mars consolidates the bulk of the catalog into a single 74 GB collection.

Beyond commercial sample packs, Samples From Mars maintains a regular output of free downloads, A/B comparison videos, and editorial content through its Sample Journal and Tips & Tricks blog. The operation has grown from a one-person project into a team of sound designers, and has expanded to release original music under the Samples From Mars label imprint.
