Sarricola Custom Guitars is the small-batch shop of Illinois-based luthier Bill Sarricola, a former Hamer Guitars employee who began building under his own name in the late 1980s after the Elk Grove Village factory days. Sarricola Custom Guitars, Inc. was incorporated in Illinois in 1990, with early instruments built in the Lake Thunderbird, IL area before the operation became a low-volume custom shop based out of the Chicagoland region.
