Softrave is an indie music software and sample library company based in Barcelona, run by developer Dr. Tikov. The label specializes in affordable VST instruments and effects for Windows, with a catalog that ranges from sampled acoustic and ethnic instruments to emulations of vintage hardware. Many of its releases sit at the budget end of the plugin market, often priced around €11.

Its virtual instrument lineup leans heavily on real-instrument sampling, with titles such as Hang, Kalimba, Glockenspiel, Steeldrum, Xylophone, Chimes, Jew Harp, Tuba, Sousaphone and Harmonium Pro. Softrave also produces sample-based recreations of vintage synths, including the Alice 2012 (modeled on the Soviet Alice 1387 analog synth from the 1980s) and Kontakt libraries derived from the Waldorf Pulse.
