Стелла (Stella) is a Soviet-era electric guitar produced at the Rostov-on-Don piano factory (Ростовская фабрика клавишных инструментов) in the 1970s and 1980s. The name translates to "Star," and the model sat alongside other Rostov instruments such as the Aelita, Aelita 2, and the factory's bass guitars. It is widely regarded as one of the more experimental and electronics-heavy guitars ever made in the USSR.

The Stella's most distinctive feature is its four-pickup layout (typically a pair of single coils alongside split-coil units) wired to a stereo output, with switching that allows pickups to be assigned to the lower three or upper three strings and panned between outputs. It also includes a string mute reminiscent of the Fender Jaguar and Jazzmaster. Build quality and acoustic properties were inconsistent, and the dense wiring harness earned it a reputation for having "more wires than wood," but the circuit design gave it a tonal range unusual for Soviet-made instruments of the period.

Surviving examples are scarce and have become collectible among enthusiasts of Eastern Bloc gear, appearing on Reverb and eBay as vintage curiosities. The guitar has a minor place in Russian rock history: Viktor Tsoi was photographed playing a Stella with his pre-Kino band Ракурс around 1980–1981.
