Tilr is an independent developer of free, open-source audio plugins distributed primarily through GitHub under the handle tiagolr. The project focuses on modulation-based effects and DSP tools built with the JUCE framework and released for Windows, macOS, and Linux in VST3, AU, and LV2 formats under the GPL-3.0 license.

The catalog centers on envelope-driven effects inspired by commercial plugins like CableGuys ShaperBox and Image-Line Gross Beat.
