Founded by Tom, a vintage guitar collector, the brand specializes in recreating the "hippy weave" or "hootenanny" jacquard straps popularized by guitarists in the 1960s and 1970s — the style associated with old Ace and Bobby Lee straps seen on countless classic-rock era instruments.

The straps are built using New Old Stock (NOS) woven fabric sourced from the 60s and 70s, paired with vegan-tanned leather ends available in black, camel, or white. The catalog includes named patterns such as the Woodstock, Greenwich, Peacock, Ashram, and Navarro, along with a Stars & Stripes one-off. Beyond guitar and bass straps, the workshop offers camera straps, bag straps, custom commissions, and repair services.
