TTTides Guitars is a small builder of aluminum-necked electric guitars and basses founded by luthier David Giot. With a background in technical drawing, CNC machining and 3D design — and roots in the European noise rock scene — Giot spent years prototyping aluminum instruments in his garage before launching the brand. The workshop is based in Luxembourg, with construction handled in Europe.
The shop is best known for neck-through builds where a single piece of milled aluminum extends from the headstock through the body, a construction Giot refers to as a "panfront alu" design. Models include the LLLIVE03 bass, full-aluminum basses, custom multiscale guitars, and acrylic-bodied builds, often paired with wooden fretboards. Output is intentionally low-volume and consultative, with most instruments built to order rather than produced in series.
The brand has supplied custom instruments to players including JB of Ez3kiel/Grauss Boutique, Joe of Sitting Duck, and Francesco of Petty Cassettes, with a customer base concentrated in noise rock, post-rock and experimental circles drawn to the bright, sustaining character of aluminum-neck construction.
