Best choice for electronic producers
You will find a jungle out there, which one is the best monitor? ah ah ah. There is no best monitor.
But, if you are willing to produce any kind of eletronic music and you are in a low budget but want to take that step... these are definately for you. Also if you want to use them in your Home Studio.. these are front ported and this means that you can place them near the wall without any problem.
Very loud, warm and sexy. It is true that they have a heavy and colored bass.. but consider that as a producer that is what rokits makes it more fun to produce with instead on producing with for example Yamaha HS monitors. Anyway, you will learn them and you will love them.
Ah, go with the 6 and not the 5 if you dont want to add a subbass later.
