It’s okay
It’s a bit samesy samesy sounding but if you want a decent hardware synth that can run off batteries this one’s definitely worth checking out.

Pretty good sampler to play around with
It’s a kids toy so don’t expect studio quality stuff out of this by any means but it’s a fun sampler to play around with. It can’t save patches when turned off though which is kind of annoying.

Great synth if you want 80s sounding patches
The DX7 is a fantastic synth for cool and crisp 80s sounding patches. It’s also not as hard to programme as people make out, there’s no menu diving or anything, just a slider and buttons, but even if programming’s not your thing there’s plenty of pre programmed patches available for free on the internet, just transfer them from your computer to the synth with SYSEX

Very usable sounds
It’s basic but at least it’s cheap and comes with some very usable sounds. It lacks individual outputs for the different instruments and is a bit tricky to programme but is overall a very usable machine.

Probably the best keyboard ever made
Do you want amazing synth, brass, woodwind and percussion sounds? Well look no further than Casio’s fabulous SA-20. This baby’s got it all, from flutes to computer sounds, and be sure to check out the drum sounds too!

DJ!
Things pretty shit, feels plasticky and cheap but it’s got some funny DJ sounds to make up for it. Also has MIDI in and out so I guess it’s handy for that.
