This is the same Pedal, but please recheck me on that, as far as I know the Company Cusack Music did their Pedals in very different Designs but they are identical and the same.
Cusack Music just did a modern rebrand Design , but the Pedal is the same. Hard to say which one to keep I took the one with the modern design , but both got Artists and Stuff can NOT be just deleted. The we might do a Picture of the older Design also the Final merged one here.
