There are a lot of really great sounds and samples on this thing that I love! They are easily enhanced by the on-board effects. The distortion is surprisingly good - for the most part it doesn't get too harsh or brittle. The organ aspect is very intuitive and powerful but not really for me personally. My biggest gripe is when layering or splitting 2 sounds, most of the parameters only apply to 1 of the 2 sounds. I wish there was more control so I could add distortion, or perhaps adjust the release of both of my layered samples, not just one.

This thing is surprisingly powerful and easy to use. Especially for the price. The flexibility this machine gives you with rhythm is really exciting. I love the ability to adjust the swing amount of a pattern or position instruments slightly behind or in front of the beat. This thing has brought out a lot of creativity in me and I highly recommend it. Not crazy about some of the sounds. Especially the "snares" on the snare drum, which sound little cheesy and unnatural. Luckily there are a few parameters/work-arounds I use to get by.
