Not a big fan

This was my first ever amplifier, it's not good, the distortion sounds muddy and very noisy, the clean is okay, you could probably make it enough for a beginner by only using a pedal for distortion and keeping the amp clean

Almost perfect, has some slight downsides but I still love it.

This has been my dream guitar since the first time I started playing seriously and looked up guitar models and saw it, it instantly caught my eye. After a long time of waiting I could finally get one and I love it. There are some downsides to it, it sounds a little muddy even on the new 2025 model with the updated pickups, but it pairs nicely with my Vox AC4C1-12 which people usually criticize for being too bright so it balances it out. The pickguard sits a little too high, most people take them off but I just left it because I like the look. The frets are a little sharp but it doesn't bother me much like on some other guitars, and the high fret access is limited but I don't go that high anyways so that doesn't bother me. It has a nice loud acoustic sound as well as a nice plugged in sound even with the slight muddyness.e

Near perfect, just needs a few upgrades

I got this secondhand in very good condition for about 300 dollars, as a Beatles and Queen fan I've always loved Vox amps and I wanted a tube amp, so I'm lucky that Vox is one of the few big brands that offer a good cheap tube amp like this. In terms of size I assumed it was going to be tiny but it's actually much bigger than I expected, I think it's as tall as the AC-15. The sound is pretty good, it's not perfect but I think it gets about 80% of the way there for me, I don't think I need another amp anytime soon, I'd rather use the money to upgrade this and make it as good as it can be. I have three mods in mind, removing the bright cap in the master volume, making a new backplate to convert it into an open back cabinet, and changing the speaker for a Celestion Greenback if I can get my hands on one, after I do those it would probably be more like 90% of the way there and I could live without the 10%. For the price it's a good base for a tube amp.

Good affordable Rickenbacker style 12 string

It sounds pretty good, it feels good to play except the fret ends being a little sharp but it's okay. It looks nice and gives off Rickenbacker vibes, of course it's based off the Rickenbacker 620/12.

Great affordable pedal to get close to the iconic Vox sound

I am a very big fan of The Beatles and Queen, and when I saw this for 30 dollars I knew I had to get it. I expected it to be just alright, but it's actually very good, of course being how cheap it is it won't be able to replicate the Vox AC-30 sound exactly but it gets the job done, I like that it's pretty much an amp and cab simulator in a pedal so you can take it to gigs and plug it straight to the PA without needing to carry a giant amp around, as a member of the upcoming Turkish Beatles tribute band, The All-Starrs, I'm looking forward to using it live. It gets pretty close to the Beatles' early sound. In terms of Queen and Brian May, that's a sound that's very hard to replicate so I didn't expect it to be anywhere near but it's close enough, you could probably get it pretty close with a few other pedals, there are many videos online of people doing that.

It's pretty much everything you'd want from a 200 euro Höfner clone, the fretwork (at least on mine) is perfect, I had to set mine up a little but it feels very good, sounds really good too, and in the online photos the finish looks a little ugly but in person it's beautiful, athough one thing that looks better on the Thomann photos is the flame and it's not as visible in person but it still looks great. It sounds pretty much like a Höfner bass, I've tried a Höfner bass and it feels almost exactly the same, the quality is pretty much on par, I have no plans to replace this with a Höfner.

Nice guitar, needs some fretwork though.

It's nice overall and feels solid and never goes out of tune even with the tremolo but the fret ends are pretty sharp, if you get that fixed and get it set up it would feel pretty close to at least a Squier Affinity Stratocaster, the stock ceramic pickups are good enough but I swapped them out for generic Alnico V ones and it's even better now.
