How and where do you add an artist to a band?

Add a new artist, or band/group from here: http://equipboard.com/pros/new

When you are on an artist's page, click Edit Artist Details (it's a link in the top section with a pencil icon next to it), then look for the Bands & Groups heading. That's how you associate an artist to a band.
