Create sections on your equipboard?

ya can't on a user page, this ahs been discussed with the admins many times and its something they are getting to.... eventually...

We get this feature request quite a bit! It's kind of a complicated change which is why it's taking us a while to get around to it. Working through a list of stuff, more small/medium things, but we'll make this one happen sooner or later :)

Could this be done as simply as Generic images you could call something catchy like "Equipbojis", kinda like what they have on the reverb phone app (as seen on Reverb.com) that we as users can search for the just says: guitars with a black/ white/ orange (dang, the colour scheme on this page matches reverb phone app)...image and font that goes in front of our guitars, then another for Bass, effects, amps, keys and synths, plug-ins; Studio gear etc? This way, none of our boards need to be resourced/ reloaded, we just source these, drop and shuffle our boards until the equipbojis are at the start of our personal collections of each type of musical device. You could even do a FORUMS > GENERAL > EQUIPBOJIS (CATEGORY SYMBOLS) forum post of your EQUIPBOJIs so we can see what they look like and what they are called to source them.

I just joined today, and this was the first thing I noticed--much to my dismay!

I am not sure I understand how something that already exists on the site for some entities does not exist for "regular" users. How much of a change can it really be to let every account have the different groups of equipment? I mean, the code is obviously already there!

When you post an item to your page, you have the option to rank it and write a review of it, which is different to the artist pages, which instead ask where you have sourced your information from.

Your reviews can be upvoted by other forum users, and you earn Gear IQ points based on people appreciating your contribution.

Gear IQ is a system of 'cool points' to give contributors a sense of status and eventually place them on the council of elders (check that, may need verification).

I recently realised that the image associated with my guitar was incorrect so redid it and lost my cool points, even though I copied and pasted my review.

Losing cool might be too hard for a lot of contributors, so a major change could be a hassle.
